The Chicken House Is Constructed When The Fermentation Bed Is Raised

The chicken house is constructed when the fermentation bed is raised

Fermentation bed culture technology refers to an ecological culture mode that comprehensively utilizes the principles of microbiology, ecology, and fermentation engineering, and uses active functional microorganisms as the material and energy “conversion center”. my country has applied this technology to the breeding industry in recent years and has achieved remarkable results. Fermented bed chicken breeding evolved from dry-spreading fermented bed pig raising technology, which is the innovation and development of fermentation bed breeding technology. So, how is the chicken coop construction different from the previous one?

Chicken house construction

Fermentation bed stents must be built in high dry areas, the surrounding drainage must be smooth, and there must be no water accumulation around the stents. The groundwater should not be too shallow to wet the bottom of the fermentation bed. The best way for the chicken coop is east-west, facing south and not too low. In the north, heat preservation and lighting must be fully considered. Generally, the eaves are about 2 meters high and the roof ridge is about 3 meters high. Southern chicken coops should fully consider ventilation, eaves are about 3 meters high, windows should be large, and front windows should be low. The chicken grounds are all fermentation tanks where bedding materials are to be laid. In principle, the fermentation tank is above ground, and the bottom of the fermentation tank can be 0.2 to 0.5 meters higher than the ground in humid areas.

The fermentation bed will produce a lot of waste gas in the process of decomposing chicken manure. At the same time, the heat of fermentation will evaporate the moisture in the chicken manure into the air, which increases the damp heat and needs to be discharged in time. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ventilation of the chicken house. Since the hot air can rise automatically, a skylight should be added at the highest part of the roof of the chicken house to let the exhaust gas discharge by itself. In addition, in order to supplement fresh air and form a circulating airflow inside and outside the house with skylights, it is best to add a floor window at the root of the wall about 15 cm above the floor of the fermentation bed.
