Knowledge sharing of chicks selection criteria

1. Eyes are round and bright, smart, healthy and lively.
2. The chicks should come from a healthy and infectious bursa (IBD) negative breeder flock. If it is necessary for the chicks to be derived from IBD-positive breeder flocks, they must be separated. Only chicks from positive breeder flocks or only chicks from negative breeder flocks are raised in one zone. Do not mix them in the same zone.
3. The chicks should be hatched from 52 grams or heavier eggs. In broiler production, chicks that are hatched with smaller eggs must be raised separately, not mixed with other chicks.
4. Only chicks with MG (chicken septic enzyme form) and MS (synovial cyst enzyme form) and Salmonella negative breeder flocks are used.
5. The abdomen is soft and the egg yolk is well absorbed; the umbilicus is well healed and has no infection; the villi around the anus are not pasted into a paste; the skin of the feet is bright as wax, not dry and fragile.
6. The size and color of the chicks are uniform, clean, dry, loose and long, and shiny.
7. Adopt the “all in and all out” feeding system. That is to say, only the same batch of chicks will be imported in the same range, raised at the same age, and all appear on the same day. Thoroughly clean, clean, and disinfect after playing to cut off the circulating infection of the pathogen.
8. The chicks have no obvious defects, such as crutches, torticollis, eye defects or cross beaks, etc.
